Q. What time is check-in?
A. Friday 2pm. Saturday 2pm. If you’re staying for 1 night and have booked Mansion Brunch then you can arrive and check in earlier (from 11am) – please email us to confirm.

Q. What time and where does coach depart?
A. Friday 12pm Registration – Outside / Near Pret A Manger, Kingsway, Holborn. WC2B 6UF

Q. How do we book the spa/pool
A. You’ll be able to book a slot on arrival at the hotel.

Q. What time can dinner/dance guests arrive.
A. Food 8pm – 9.30pm

Q. What about food after the event. 
A. You’ll be able to purchase on the night from external caterers!

Note the Games Avenue runs on both days and features Consoles, Virtual Reality & retro board games.

Activities, masterclasses and workshops may include Dance classes, Aerobics, Movie rooms, DJ Masterclasses, Speed dating,  Pool aerobics,  Snooker competition, Massage sessions & lessons, Zumba, Yoga, Finance, Lifestyle, Health, Vision boarding workshops and anything else you suggest that we can physically fit into the schedule. (We’d love to hear from attendees interested in running a class in their profession – please email us if you have an idea).

Your hotel room will be available for you to check-in from 2pm on Friday 30th December (or 2pm on Saturday 31st December for 1 night packages)

Drinks

Due to Health and Safety requirements personal bottles / containers of drink are not allowed to be brought into public area’s (Avenue, Party rooms, conference rooms etc).

Bottles are to be kept in rooms. Cups of drink are OK.

There will be a full bar available throughout the event for drinks and snacks.

Party night #1: REWIND – Party like it’s 1990

It’s the night before New Years Eve! Come as your favourite celebrity, artist, baggy jeans, p p shorts, hair jelled down, whatever reminds you of this magnificent era!

Party night #2: PRINTS & PATTERNS – Express Yourself!

Your assignment; Sophisticated & elegant wear featuring prints or patterns. Express yourself with full printed/patterned attire, or simply accessorise your main outfit with something that fits the theme.

The following are not included in the packages and will need to be booked separately.

• Mansion Brunch Party : Book here! £15 pp for overnight guests. £tba for non residents.

Instalments plan

Our website offers the option to pay a deposit followed instalment(s). Please select the checkbox on the checkout page along with the correct plan (NYE…)

Note the instalments plan will apply to your basket and will include the price of everyone in your room along with any upgrades.

The lead person is responsible for all payments …

.. they will need to collect funds and login to the website to make future payments under their ‘My account’ page.

1. Decision – Select your building! Click a link to browse Wokefield Place or Mansion House
2. Basket – On each building page you can add rooms and upgrades to your basket.
3. Details – Enter the details for rooms and upgrades.
4. Checkout – Enter lead person details and choose whether to pay in full OR use the instalments plan (Click the checkbox and select the New Year’s Eve plan)
5. Travel Insurance – Arrange insurance that covers your package price in case you are unable to attend due to illness or other reason.

Please ensure you read our booking Terms and conditions especially with regards to our refund policy.

Deposits are non refundable except where the event is cancelled by us and no suitable alternative can be found. 

Getaway NYE Refund Policy:
– Deposit is non refundable, 100% of remaining amount refunded at > 3 months till event. 75% remaining refunded at < 2 months. 50% remaining refunded at < 8 weeks. 0% refunded at less than 6 weeks.
– Instalments must be paid on time for refund policy to apply. no refund issued if instalments are not up to date.
