A full English / Continental Breakfast is provided by the hotel and included in all packages. Lunch and dinner are not included. This has allowed us to reduce the package price and give you more flexible options for dining throughout the weekend.
Dining options on Saturday and Sunday afternoon take place across three main area’s The View Restaurant, The Pantry dining, and The Courtyard.
On New Year’s Eve, The View Restaurant will operate a smart dress pre-book policy. If you wish to have a more formal dress up meal on New Year’s Eve then please click here to book.
Note, the same menu will be available downstairs in The Pantry on New Year’s Eve for casual dress dining.
The Hotel
Join us at Wokefield Place Hotel, set in 250 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens at the Wokefield Estate. With 200 cozy rooms, a refreshing swimming pool, spa, and a newly refurbished gymnasium. Free WiFi and on-site parking available. In 2018, the property completed a 20 million pound renovation project across all buildings.
Sitting just south-west of London, the Estate is located near Reading, Berkshire – just 10 minutes from J11 of the M4 and 40 minutes from Heathrow Airport.

There is only one stop, the coach will not be able to stop on route.
Overnight packages start at £180 per person for 1 night and £250 per person for 2 nights. This includes; Hotel Room, Breakfast, most daytime activities and workshops, pool, sauna, gym, shows, and parties.
Lunch and dinner are not included, please see separate tab for full information.

Hotel Breakfast
The hotel will provide a full English and Continental breakfast on both mornings. This is included in all overnight packages and will feature vegan/vegetarian options and dairy options.
Lunch & Dinner
These will be provided by two catering companies. Enjoy the freedom to choose where and when you want to dine, paying only for what you want, when you want it.
- Port Royal - located in the courtyard providing a range of meat/chicken/vegetarian/vegan Patties throughout the weekend (along with Pizza at specific times)
- Island Flavours - Based in 'The View' Restaurant upstairs, providing a range of meals to suit all dietary requirements. There will be overflow seating in the Parry downstairs.
Dinner on the first night and lunch on the second day will be casual dining across the restaurant and Avenue.
On New Year's Eve you'll need to pre-book one of three dining slots if you wish to sit in the View Restaurant. Admission will be smart/casual dress.
Casual/casual dining will still be available outside of the Restaurant during this time.

The benefit of staying in a hotel is that you can have your own personal bar in your room! Note your personal bottles / containers of drink are not permitted in public area's. These must remain in your hotel room at all times.
Bar #1 - The Avenue
There will be a full bar available in The Avenue throughout most of the event
Bar #2 - Benedicts' Bar
This is located at the end of the Avenue and will be open during the two parties.
Tuck Shop
You'll be able to top up on snacks, sweets, slush drinks, Ice and bottles of drink from our tuck shop. This will run throughout most of the weekend from within the Avenue Bar.
Previous attendees will be used to having food included throughout the weekend. This year we've reduced the package price, and removed lunch and dinner from the package. This has been done in order to provide you with flexible dining options that benefit you financially and logistically, whilst allowing us to focus on executing the event itself. Our positive experience earlier this year at Royal Ascot proved that this model works more effectively all round.
The restaurant will be run independently by a catering company, alongside an additional option of food from a vendor truck on the grounds. You simply pay for what you want, when you want it!
You will still have the opportunity to dress up and sit down for dinner in the restaurant on New Year's Eve if you wish, and you will be able to pre book dining options via the caterer's website.

With regard to lunch and dinner, we have observed a consistent trend over the past two years, wherein a considerable number of attendees opted to purchase food externally at various intervals over the course of the two days.
This year, we have made the strategic decision to afford all our guests the flexibility to select both the timing and location for their lunch and dinner, as opposed to the automatic inclusion of hotel-provided meals.
Two supplementary advantages for our valued customers include reduced wait times and an overall reduction in package costs.
Getaway NYE Refund Policy:
- Deposit is non refundable
100% of remaining amount refunded at > 3 months till event.
75% remaining refunded at < 2 months.
50% remaining refunded at < 8 weeks. 0% refunded at less than 6 weeks.
- Instalments must be paid on time for refund policy to apply. no refund issued if instalments are not up to date.
Please arrange travel insurance that covers you in case you're unable to attend due to sickness etc.
