Dining
Removing food from the package allows us to introduce a more cost effective and efficient service for all attendees. The View Restaurant will be run by an external vendor throughout the weekend, along with vendors located in the Restaurant downstairs and in the courtyard. You can choose when and where you wish to eat throughout the weekend, and pay as you go.
Drinks
There will be a full bar available throughout the event for drinks and snacks.
Personal bottles / containers of drink are not permitted in public area's. These must remain in your hotel room.
Getaway NYE Refund Policy:
- Deposit is non refundable
100% of remaining amount refunded at > 3 months till event.
75% remaining refunded at < 2 months.
50% remaining refunded at < 8 weeks. 0% refunded at less than 6 weeks.
- Instalments must be paid on time for refund policy to apply. no refund issued if instalments are not up to date.
Please arrange travel insurance that covers you in case you're unable to attend due to sickness etc.
